Hi ppl i have signed up to the $14.99 a month sub and i have used my CC and for some reason i keep getting downgrade because it says no payment has been made.But i have checked my CC account and there is money in there so i really have no idea why my account keeps getting downgraded anyone have any ideas.

makesure you leave your account active for at least 3 days before cancelling, if you cancel too early payment will fail

if you live outside the US you may need to check with your CC company to makesure you can make overseas payments.

also if you dont normaly buy things online or if your making your first international transaction via debit cards some banks are kind of paraniod and have a tendency to trigger their anti frud sytem which can stop the transaction, not 100% sure if this works the same for CC but its worth checking with the company

if you still cant pay id suggest contacting support

you could also try registering your CC with paypal and paying through paypal

yes this has been suggested ingame so i will have to c what happens tomorrow and see if it happens again if it does i will put my money into paypal and then pay like that.thanks for the response
