How much would I get from the Mithril edition?

I started playing a year ago and came back for the summer. I'm lvl 22 and I'm nearing my gold limit, item storage limit and I'll eventually run out of quests so I decided to buy the Mithril pack:

Will this be able to cover my experience? As in will I need to eventually get at least one month of Premium and if I don't what would I be missing out by just buying this edition?

    Thanks in advance

ME is a good thing, because you get 4 quest packs (including Moria Expansion), 2000 TP and Account-Wide mount. However, it will not remove your gold cap - for that you either have to go VIP for a month or unlock it with TP. Item storage is ALWAYS a problem for EVERYBODY - I would suggest making an alt character on the same server and using him for Storage. Also, once you have no more gold cap, make sure to buy all vault updates until 120 - this also helps a lot.

For leveling, Evendim is one quest pack you will need to get no matter what. After that, the Trollshaws-Eregion-Moria-Lorien can take you somewhere above L60, but you might still want to use TP both from ME and deeds you complete along the way to unlock some other areas one by one.

And you should get to about level 30 with free areas. The Lone Lands are included in the free area now.

My champ easily got to 33 by the end of lone lands. But then I am a deed chaser and did all through bree and LL. I also do a ton of tasks..he had Eglain rep maxed long before he ran out of quests.

I think you´re confusing Premium and VIP.
The instant you pay "real" money your free account is upgraded to premium forever. That means among many things a new gold cap of 5G.

When you actually subscribe and become VIP all the gold restricitons (and many more, check the FAQs on this board) get removed but ONLY on the characters you have logged in during your time as VIP.

    So plan ahead.

Thank you everyone the information was very helpful.

I plan on buying ME which should get me a lot and make me a Premium (right?) and then things will be a bit easier. I'll buy the riding skill and perhaps one extra bag with the TP as I don't plan being VIP soon.

Then perhaps later on when I decide on other characters I might make more characters and get VIP so that they can get the benefits, but Premium and a few TP purchases should be fine for my main Elf at the moment.
