    Question on Addle

    Hi, noticed that addle is a tactical skill, does this have any implications for the skill use?

    You also can't use addle when you're silenced which is a tactical skill thing =) Move round the edges in saruman to prevent messing up your rotation!

    This isn't really an implication, but more of a bonus for the skill. Since it is a tactical skill it can be resisted (max resistance is ~20-25%) and is barred by Silences; but it can't be Blocked (max ~25%)/Parried (~25%)/Evaded (~25%).

    Now I'm not certain on the formula of which B/P/E or resisted is determined, but by numbers tactical attacks are more difficult to nullify.
