    Exclamation Wrong point amount charged in shop!

    Me and my wife yesterday ordered the wardrobe extension I in shop at 4 PM GMT+1. It was already advertised at 347 Points! Well, thats the reason why we actually ordered it. But we both got charged 495 Points. My wife also ordered it a second time since she didn't notice that the wrong point amount was charged. The second tier was only charged for 347 points in the SAME minute!

    File a ticket with account support via the web interface or call them up during business hours and they'll get you sorted out
