So I feel really dumb, but I deleted my e-mail address from existence before adding a backup to my my.turbine account. I also have forgotten my password (haven't played in far too long obviously), but I have all my other security and billing information. Is there anyway to recover the account?

via the support portal. Wait the two days or whatever the response time is. Hopefully you put enough information in the ticket that you do not have to deal with email tag. Make sure to check your junk mail folder and spam settings so that the responses from Turbine don't get intercepted.
