So some of you see that the kinship successors are basicly officers but the leader resigns and the successor is then the leader. I think that its fair the successor can have some of the leader's rights like can promote the same person to officer and boot officers. Also the successor shouldn't have officers higher level then he/she be higher on the rank chart. ( mean the successor is right under the leader if you filter ranks on the kinship social panel. ) I don't mean let the successor disband the kinship or there would be a lot of problems. Please update this because I am a successor of a big kinship and we need more officers but the leader is on his other characters a lot. Thanks! Please reply so the staff can see this.
