Arrived at lvl 75, and was wondering what traits, equipment should try to use and what stats to maximise for a healing minstrel good enough for the ocasional raid.
Can someone pls give me some tips ?
Thanks

A sign of all good things to come...
I know 4B/3Y or 4Y/3B seems the more common traits, but also that main yellow or blue work too.
On the gear however I would like an advice.
I currently have finished all the quests and epics in Isengard. I bought gear from the Men of Dunland and Theodred's riders, and that currently is my gear.
So my question is: with this gear (5.8k morale, all +tactical mitigation virtues), what is my next step?
Should I start doing Draigoch or go after the non-ToO Isengard instances (and can I go to Foundry T2)? I did all the 3-man in T1 but I'm not sure how difficult T2 would be. I guess my next gear is Draigoch-one (dirge-singer, isn't it?) but I would need the seals and stuff, and where to get them in this phase?
Id say its a prefrence,i run 5 blue(no legendry from traits)2yellow in heal build other wise im yellow line mini(mainly for 3-6 mans), I have 6 orthanc (2 hadollin-red set,4 Glirberion-yellow set)gear with andiun jewerly my toon is Ailse on imladris server http://my.lotro.com/home/character/imladris/ailse/ and these are my stats unbuffed/unscrolls etc and the images are week old so stats got lil better since, still work in progress ,still working on getting roots braclet, shield, jeweled cuff braclet but allways work in progress
26k to 26,5k tactical mastery will do for healing (27,5k is about 50% which is the cap). You get the rest from scrolls and buffs (captain/food).
Some minstrels go for crit, some go for vit and/or tactical mitigation. I choose the latter. More crit will help no one when you're dead. In two Saruman fights the other healer with less than 9k Moral buffed died in Phase 5. When things really go wrong no amount of moral will save you, but we always have still as death .
Easiest way to get seals and stuff is to run Foundry T2, Draigoch T2, Isengard T1 and Roots of Fangorn T1/T2 (also for the jewellry and spider eggs).

For Occasional raiding , you cannot go far wrong with the Dirge Singers Set from the Galtrev Barterer, 4 of the 6 pieces can be obtained without setting foot in the Driag raid.
As the previous poster said grind Meds and Seals - Foundry T1 / T2 and Roots of Fangorn T1/T2 , 3 Mans are quick and easy (not many seals but meds are always useful) , Driag Raid T2 (and hopefully win the rolls for scales / tokens for helm and shoulders) , ToO T1 to get the above 4 pieces.
I 1st completed ToO T1 , wearing a mix of Tailor Guild - Great River Crafted and 2 or 3 pieces of the Dirge Singers set.
As for Traits its personal but I went Vit & Mitigations , in general landscape Questing anything will do , but in ToO defenses are king - nothing worse than your healer being 1 shotted in 1st 10 secs of any fight.
Li's I went for Morale , Power , iCPR
