    Thumbs down LI quest got screwed up

    So I started the quest where you get your first LI for the first time. The NCPs had me identify the weapon and that went well. Next they want me to add relics and the forge master won't open up. Am I just missing something or is the game be a <fill in the blank>?

    Add relics by opening your LI panel (shift+I), not by talking to a forge master
