Thread: vip to premium

Hi guys, just want to make sure something here, Im a f2p player and i bought the expansion: MOM from the lotro store (which gives me extra 2 character slots which makes it 4 in total) . So here comes the question, what if i sub for vip for a month and unsub how many character slots will there be for me to use take note i have 4 now, and im a f2p. Thanks for your help

VIP gives 2 additional slots while VIP. Unsubscribe and two of your characters will be locked until you either purchase extra slots or re-sub.

F2P=2
Premium=3
VIP=5

MoM=2


If you sub for a month, Vips get 5 slots so you would have 7 (5+2 from MoM)
When you stop subbing you will drop down to premium which has a base of 3 slots instead of the 5 for VIP so you lose 2.

You will keep the 2 from the expansion purchase and any you buy through the store no matter what though. If you make 7 characters while VIP and log them in they will all have the bags, currency cap unlock, traits and swift travel unlocked. When you drop to Premium you will have to choose 2 characters to lock until you buy more character slots from the store.

So in short, i will have a total of 5 character slots (due to the purchase i bought MOM expansion) after i downgrade from vip? Am i right?

When you subscribe you will be VIP. While VIP you will have 7 slots... but you are only renting 2. When you drop back to Premium, you will end up with 5 character slots per server.

F2P = 2 slots base
Premium = 3 slots base
Moria expansion = +2 slots
VIP = +2 slots while a subscriber
