Thread: Problem on Vip account payment

Hi, I'm italian, so I apologize for my english, and i hope you will understand.

I want to become a Vip. I went on "my account" web page, i did "payment method", chose paypal bla bla bla, i did everything (i also got the notification email).
After that, i did "upgrade" on the home page, and it asked me the same thing i did before, with a new notification email (same as before, but with a new code)...

I was scared, so i logged in my paypal account and deleted all Lotro entries (they was 2, as i expected, deleted them after about 5 minutes from registration), checked my money and they was untouched.

Will i pay it twice or i truly deleted every payment?

Please help me, it's very important

What payment have you done? if you paid a code then go to myaccount and redeem it.

About your 2 payments,i think you should delete those and if your money is untouched then try to subscribe once more.

First of all, don't apologise for your English - it's better than my very basic Italian!

Second, if you paid through PayPal then give them a ring. They are very helpful and will clear things up for you quickly. That's why using PayPal is such a great idea
