Hello, i had the 99.99$ 12 month plan wich ended this month since couldnt get another 12 onth i decided to take the 3 month plan having the founder discount arround 29$. The problem is that next day i get a Non-vip becouse of non payment, i re-checked the card and amount on it and it's fine , also bought from another site some stuff with the same card and everything went fine, submited a ticked but no response yet, if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
I made sure all data is correct when i filled the plan and card was valid but i don't understand why next day i get the Non-vip becouse the payment didnt occured.
Turbine Customer Support
When you reactivate a VIP subscription after a failed payment, Turbine's billing system tries to collect the previously failed payment first. Based on your post, it seems that may be happening, and even though you chose the three month plan, the system is trying to bill you the yearly rate.
Next time the VIP deactivates due to non-payment, don't reactivate it from your end. Just contact Account Support directly. Their contact information is in my signature. They should be able to get you set up on the proper price plan.
