I just bought a VIP subscription today (June 20th). As it got through, I looked at the subscription card thing, and it says:
Next Billing Date: June 20, 2012
Which is, again, today. Is it supposed to say that? Because it doesn't make sense.. Or is it just a bug? I hope it won't bill me two times. Should I just leave it, or ask for support?
Also, another thing. Since I won't be able to play the game the next month, will I still remain VIP until it runs out if I cancel the subscription? So, if I press "cancel subscription" button right now will I still remain VIP?

I'd probably wait until the payment goes through completely before worrying about that. As Nakiami said, give it 3 business days and if things still look wrong, contact Turbine.

It is not a bug. It will continue to say your next billing date is the current day or older until Turbine decides to send in a bunch of charges via bulk billing. Turbine apparently only takes money three or four times a week. It can take as long three days before Turbine gets around to asking your credit card company for the money.
I do not know why Turbine does it this way. I have never encountered another company that waits. All the web product sellers start the process of the getting the dollars as you push buy. Many of them will leave you stuck on the pay page until they get a go or no go response from your bank.
