Thread: Best servers for Pacific Standard Time

Hello all,

I'm a West Coaster, currently on Arkenstone server. My level is 50 and so far I've had so much difficulty finding people to level with. The problem is that I play later at night, after work, and the population diminishes substantially. So...it's hard to group for those fellowship quests that I want to do.

Please recommend a friendly server that caters to West Coasters like myself. I've only been playing less than two months....but don't want to settle for a low population server, especially at this point in the game.

Any helpful tips are welcomed, or even differences of opinion. I'll weigh the good with the bad.

You might want to give Elendilmir a try. It's the unofficial Oceanic server and starts getting pretty active around late night Pacific time. A few others that I'm personally familiar with are Brandywine and Riddermark, both of which stay fairly active around the clock.

Riddermark seems to also have an Oceanic population, plus lots of folks who seem to be recruiting on Pacific time.

Now...I'm about transfer the characters I have....I went to the turbine FAQ section....filled out that request form to transfer....and now I have to wait for an email response?

How long does this take? I thought it would be immediate?

Server transfers need to be done manually, and cost money (or TPs) per character. You won't be able to move those characters back to their original server EVER. My server transfer took about 2 days.
