    Useless support team - Pay to talk to a robot

    Dont know about you guys but I pay for my account so i get the added benefit of support. If i spend hours on a game and anything were to go wrong I would want them to step in and help me along they way

    However without any answers, the above resolution is what i get

    I raised a ticket recently, had no response to it, had no answer to reply to. It just gets closed without anyone telling my anything about it

    Its like they dont care

    poor level of service, what am i paying for?

    I raised it from ingame and did everything they said

    I replied to them asking them why it was closed? why did they not tell me? and why was there not any resolution?

    The above is what i get...

    They close your ticket without response then get you talking to an auto response

    useless and not re-subbing for sure
