I suggest to recolor the icons for the legenday crafting items.
Just changing background color of the different symbols of celebrimbor and elder king would solve the problem that players get tricked into paying the price of a level 75 Symbol for a level 65 symbol.
Just give the level 65 symbols a blue background and leave the level 75 as it is. When the level 85 symbols are available make them red and and the level 95 green.
So the players can easily recognize the item type and the level which belongs it to.
I think this would be a minor change since no new icon/logo must be designed.
