    Is the new and improved LI guide UP ^ there current and up to date?

    Well is it?? I don't think it is. Which makes the new and improved guide as useless as the old one.

    just look at the date when the thread was started, that should clue you in ... 2009 = outdated.

    so why is it still a sticky??

    Out dated threads. That is threads that no longer have current information should be unstuck, so some new person can make a current up to date thread.
