After I got Worn symbol of elder king in a lootbox, I made a first age weapon (bow). I noticed that it's starting damage was 227. So, I've spent over 1000 turbine points and bought that 3-pack of crystals. And used legendary points to max DPS. With both, starting max damage has raised merely 10 points, so now it is 237 - 431. So I think that is some bug. Or is it? My second age bow, maxed, had 227 starting damage.
