The charge comes out on the 4th every 3 months. Last month the stipend came on the 10th or so. Now it hasn't even showed up this month. What gives? What do I do?
edit: Now I'm doubly nervous because those 500 points are going to buy me a discounted shared storage and I don't want to miss this deal because of bureaucracy. I bought the Steam pack and the 1000 points from that came instantly (and went about as fast).

Well if nothing happens on Sunday (we're west coast USA) my wife and I are calling Turbine directly about this. I was hoping we wouldn't have to which is why I posted.
I check my history bi-weekly due to my notoriously bad memory. Everything's square minus my stipend. Looks like we'll have to call... I hate bothering them.
You aren't "bothering" them. That's part of their job, to correct issues when they occur.

It is not the 4th every month. You are not buying three months. You are buying 90 days. The date will shift depending on how many 28 and 31 day months are involved.
Turbine is not always timely on the stipend. Turbine does bulk charging and bulk credits. You have to give them 48 hours especially if there is week end days involved. Check your credit card to see when the charge went thru. Check the Lotro Store history for the award. If you do not get in a couple days, contact Turbine Account Management.
It does screw up sometimes because your Turbine Points are held in your PlaySpan account. The internet message from Turbine to PlaySpan with the 500 point credit gets intercepted and destroyed in route on occasion.

Usually mine arrive on the 14th like clockwork, but not this month. I sent in a ticket, when enough time had passed, but figure that something with the pre-order might be messing up the 500 TP Stipend. If I hear anything back, I'll post here. Or if anyone else hears anything, please post.
Edit at 5:03pm Eastern: I just got back a reply from my email ticket. They reviewed the account, and saw I didn't have my stipend, and they added it. So it was very easy.
