Thread: Nimrodelians Checking In

Ahhh, the forums. ^_^

Hi everybody,
it's a boring saturday night here and nothing to do but screw around on the Lappie and rummage through the forums amongst other things. Hurray for borededness. I'd be playing but LOTRO no runny on the lappie, even after Steam adopted it so the forums get my attention while I try to find something else to play also while I sift through an e-mail folder with wayyy too many e-mails, but anywho:
I see that after a short break, now we are running in U7.2 already and Nimrodel is gaining in population almost daily which is awesome. What's everyone up to, I can't go into the 'Moors cause I'm not VIP and don't like PvMP LOL, but what's everyone been up to? I think I was M.I.A. for a month or so with little contact and during the summer semester I'm only on for a handful of hours during the day Mon-Fri What have I missed?

Has Pugging Saruman and/or Orthanc picked up some more? Have people been helping noobs and having fun? What else is kicking? I rarely see a lot of peeps on at my time of play in the last week and I know there are more kin-runs and such than PUGs but does everyone only have toons at cap for kin-runs? No altoholics with multiple toons at cap saving some for Pugging during the week?

Sometimes weekday PUGs are the only time some people get to raid (myself included) and rarely do I see them as serious or successful :P

anyone this is a general Nimrodel thread to answer any of the above questions, posit your own questions, and generally talk about the state of our server as it is right now, because there is only about a 3~4 month period before everything that is going on right now becomes old news and noone will run or care to run Orthanc/Saruman or quest in the Great River ^_^

Welp, time to delete more e-mails, while I waste away a saturday night and await the chance to log into Middle-Earth on monday to harass,er I mean conversate with my fellow players.

Please, feel free to post any and all thoughts, questions, answers, and concerns about our beloved server here, or just to talk to our fellow players in general.

Be warned though that flaming wars, trolling, and QQing will prolly turn this into a horrible thread, so let's just not do it M'Kay!!! Or if you insist on doing so, make your target worthwhile at least even though you will be discouraged from continuing and mayhaps someone else will turn the tables on you!! =)

But seriously, drop on by and give a shout out at the least... or voice an opinion or a concern. Fortunately (or not, depending on your point of view) anyone is welcome and everyone should speak up especially since LOTRO is finally getting an influx of noobs, meaning more players to teach better ways to run instances and raids, and more peeps in general to find andf have fun with in-game. I look forward to any and all responses... (and not just cause I'm bored on a saturday night taking care of a sick wife )

Nimrodelians? I thought the correct term for players residing on our server was Nimrods? No wonder people are always rude to me I've been callin everyone nimrod.
