    Characters missing after deactivation

    I left the game for a little while and when I came back to LOTRO I was missing everything from the store (Mines of Moria) and all of my characters. How can I get these back?

    How long ago did you stop playing?

    Are you a former Codemasters Account player?
    If so, then your characters are lost. Especially if you failed to Migrate your Account last year

    Did you log in with the right Account Details?

    These are simple questions which will help determine where your characters have gone
