Thread: LOTRO store won't work

I try to load the lotro store and it comes up with: "You store session has timed out. Please use the home button to reload the store." Iv'e tried the home button and it doesn't work. The same thing happened to my friend. Is it temporarily down or something? I have heard of not being able to use the store at a certain point but i'm only level 19, thanks in advance.

Thanks, but just as I pressed post new thread, I tried the lotro store on one of my other characters and it wouldn't work, I switched back to my level 19 and it's working again! While I'm here though, may I ask (I'm not sure if this is the right place though) how do you use the "free sample" coupon codes which Turbine give?

You log into the character that you want it on (because it's one per account), find it in the store, add it to your cart (don't use the Quick Buy option), then go to your cart, enter the coupon code and apply and it should take your total down to 0 TP.

I tried that with the lixp25 one with the Morale potions and it said the coupon code isn't valid

It only works with the specific item being offered that week. I don't think it is morale potions at the moment. From the code, it looks like a legendary item xp potion.

Also, the LI xp item is probably restricted by level (45? 50?), so you would not be able to get it on a level 19.

There are new products each thursday. Check the store tab next to the forum tab for the weekly coupons and discounts in the lotro store.

This week the product is this: +25 Legendary Item XP Tome X5 (30 Min)
