Thread: Missing item from Lottery of the Northlands

My level 35 Captain, Faradred, won the Lottery of the Northlands today (6.15.2012 12:00pm EST). This lottery had listed a Cremello steed, which I did not receive in the mail. I did receive the other listed items.

I posted a help ticket which was promptly replied to by Rothgar, who advised me of the beta-related errors of the lottery system. Rothgar also pointed me to this area of the forums, which is the purpose of this missive.

I'd love to own this steed, but understand that beta status means that errors will occur.

have you checked your mount panel?

Check your mount panel as mentioned above. Certain items, including mounts, tokens, barter items, etc are auto consumed when you open the mail and placed into your barter wallet or horse panel depending on the item in question.

1 minor addition, some steeds get auto-consumed,
some go to your inventory first, like the pre-order one...

The first thing I checked was my mount panel. Unfortunately, it's not there.

Sadly lotteries are still part of BETA, which means you can't put up tickets for missing lottery items.

Agreed. But it was worth a try. It's a pretty steed.
