    Real world integration

    I think it'd be great if lotro could text or email me in the real world when friends have logged in.

    There used to be a LOTRO Player Feed Facebook app that could be set to post whenever you logged into the game. However, it never worked reliably, and the employee working on it hasn't been heard from in more than a year.

    I think you need the new Mobile Phone of the Dunlendings, obtainable as a very rare level 75 drop.

    Seriously, I dont think we need to have LOTRO integrated in our lives like that. Take a step back and spend some time with your real-life friends list Are you really going to drop what you're doing, bolt to your PC and log in whenever one of your buddies signs on?

    If other folks would want a feature like this it's find with me, I would never use it however. And that brings a question, would enough people use it to justify the expense?

    It all comes down to will it bring a profit?

    If you start LotRO through Steam, it will notify your friends who are also in Steam.

    I wouldn't agree with this, but, I'll hijack your thread to make a suggestion of my own:

    Make people on my friends list have a different color in their player name -would not include people from kinsip , raid or fellowship-.

    I just want to be able to spot my friends more easily in town like I would spot a kinmate.

    Elemiire-Hunter, Gilrael-Minstrel, Elenhiel-Lore Master, Raenian-Rune Keeper.
