Agility Cap/Drop Off and stat modifiers

Out of curiosity, is there currently a raid phys mastery damage % cap? If I stack, I can get up to around 2469 agility, 32k phys mastery (109%/108% and some change), and 9.7k crit rating, but I don't really notice any significant boosts in damage. I do notice a lot more crits over other setups, but the damage itself isn't too much higher. I'm wondering if there's a certain point where gaining additional agility and phys mastery is pointless (or gives diminishing returns), so I could start putting points into vitality or other places to try to increase morale or tact mit.

Another weird thing I've noticed is that if I run my agility setup (2401 agility, 571 vitality/8k morale with motivating/banner), I actually get a 6% increase in tactical mitigation with more agility over having more vitality. As far as I can tell by the stats on the gear I switch out, I'm only dropping vitality/base morale and gaining agility with no base tact mit added. By the stat tooltips, I'd assume that losing vit = less tact mit, but apparently not for some reason.

With vitality setup, my agility is around 2260, but I have 10k morale (with motivating/banner) and 6% less tact mit than if I were stacking agility. I'd always assumed that more vit = more tact mit, but apparently this isn't the case for some reason?

Mastery has little/no DR to %, what will happen though, is as the % is higher, you need to increase the % by a larger amount to get the same raw DPS increase.

100% to 110% is a 5% increase to real damage, where as 120% to 130% is a 4.5% increase to raw damage. For details see the following threads by Alad:
