Thread: HELP PLEASE with MyLotro Log On Problem

I created this temp account "Logonproblem" so I could log in here and get some help please!

I can not log into MyLotro with my normal game account user name and password that I have had since 2010. I can log in and play the game, but I can not log into MyLotro with it??

I put in a support ticket and still no answer.

HELP PLEASE. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE (at Turbine LOTRO) LISTENING?? Just post a reply please, perhaps an email I can email you at and give you my normal account user name and you can check it out??

never ever give out your account details to anyone, turbine may ask for your account name but they will never ask for your password. the best thing you can do is test your account yourself from another PC, this will confirm whether the problem is with your pc or with your account

if your having problems logging onto the forums with one account only clear your temporary internet files, if your using IE id suggest doing this manually form IE > tools > internet options > general tab > under browsing history click the settings button > then click view files. you can delete everything from this folder, but you will loose all cookies which stores passwords and usernames for all websties

Try loggin on using one less character in your password (leave off the last character).
