Thread: Help regarding order instructions

Immediately after the announcement dat instances will be included with Rohan, as well as some TP, i bought the legendary edition.

I got the code in the mail, and followed the instructions for entering it with my account.
I am an F2P, so i should pick the option to resume / upgrade my subscription with game-card, and then choose the option to enter the info later.

However: this option does not appear! I get an error informing me i have enter a valid game-card key.

I mailed Turbine Support, but hopefully someone on this forum can help me with this problem.
Surely i am not the only F2P player who runs into this?

this sounds like your entering your code into the wrong place, ie your clicking on add gametime card

logon to your acount then select the lotro subscription you want to add the code to
then on the lotro account page you should see "Activate Product Key", with a box to enter your prouct key. if your uising this box and still getting and error the simplest way is to cut and past the code into the box, if you need to type the code makesure you enter the code exactly as it appears.
if this dosent resolve the issue youll need support to help you to fix the problem

Fixed it!

the problem was that te turbine account had my old credit-card info.
So, although i used my current credit card with the digital river company, i had to update my payment method on te turbine account site with my new credit card info. That made the difference!
