Thread: Error 310 on refferal program pages.

Hello,

When I attempting to go on the following pages:
http://my.lotro.com/rewards
http://my.lotro.com/referral


An Error 310 [Too many redirects] occurs.


If I disconnect from my.lotro I could access these two pages. But the pages need to be connected to my.lotro to be useful.

But, and this is now funny. When I log with another account I have on my.lotro. This works, without any problem. Except that this account is no more active in game. I use it only to post on forums.

These two accounts are from the migration process one year ago. Originaly created on the former european service by Codemasters.

The active one, the one I use now to post this message, always made an error when I attenpt to use the features of my.lotro. Like characters sheets, log. With the well known issue "Error: An error occurred while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience".
The other one, the one I use no more in game if perfectly fine. Without any error.

I thinh the Error310 and the "Error: An error occurred while processing your request" are somewhat linked.

So if i want to refer some friends on LotRO, I can't. I can't help Turbine making money so saaaaad

I, as so many other I know, have this exact same problem. Which seams related to the problems with showing Kinship and Character pages. But I don't expect many to support ur thread. We have simply given up hope of Turbine ever fixing this year old problem.

So sad...

Same here, incredibly annoying. And frustrating.
