Thread: Steam starter pack items?

Hey there. I recently downloaded the client through Steam and started up my old account (last played in 2008). Played for a couple days and then decided to buy the Steam starter pack.

I applied the code through the Turbine account page. The turbine points were immediately credited to my account, and going by the fact that the quest packs that come with this purchase are not showing in the store I assume they've applied.

However the mount and exp boost are no where to be found. How are they delivered to your characters, through the mail system? I've got no mail, nothing in either of my characters inventory etc. It's been about 12 hours since I applied the code. Am I missing something obvious or has there been an error?

You should have a parcel in your inventory. Rather confusingly it is labelled "mithril Edition" something-or-other.

hello i got the same error with the mithril version.

I recieve the 2000 points but not the rest. in my inventory there isn 't nothing.

if i see my account info i can read : character: UNKNOWN as if my mthril version is linked to my general account and not to my playing charcater


any ideA?
