So earlier today I made my first purchase (using a friends credit card) for 600 points. Got my points, spent them, then decided to buy another 600. My friend didn't care, so I purchased another 600 points. Problem is, that was 6 hours ago and I still haven't received them. Is this normal for it to take this long to receive the points I bought? Kind of annoying, because I bought these mainly to buy the ability to ride a horse.

I believe it can take up to 24 hours (or 48, I don't remember) for tp to show in your account

Really? That sucks. Well i'm just glad to know that it didn't glitch out, seeing as how for my first purchase and my friends purchase on his account they went through almost instantly.
Yeah, it does say it can take time - however I never experienced that. To be on safe side, you can pop a question to billing. This page has a lot of info that might be relevant to you, I suspect in that mass of info, there might be an email address somewhere.

I didn't receive a code anywhere. Neither did my friend whose credit card I used.
In my payment history on my account, it doesn't show any purchases. On my friends steam account it says he purchased the 600 points.

If the Turbine Point purchase was made through Steam, you will need to contact Steam support directly. They will take a further look into this for you.
