Getting used to it, But Please Expand on these areas...
Hy Im New to Lotro and Im slightly interest in it, But would be more interested if you could expand on some of these.
Monster Play:
One of the reasons that LOTRO got my interested was due to the fact that you could play on The Side of Mordoor but there arn't many Creatures available that would interest a True Lord of the Rings Fan.
For Example:
BlackRiders -Mounts(Air or Ground)
Dark Humans(Tribal)(Ground - Air)
Dark Wizards (Saromuns Remnent Order)
Battle System:
The System seems to be based on HotKeys
And I hav'nt noticed a Controller Compatible System
In All I hav'nt notice anything else yet.
I was wandering wether there was a Hiring ability within the game so I could Hire a Army of Merc's
In all though, Its a Good Game.
Thanks!

I'm not sure what your idea of a "true" Lord of the Rings fan is, but I'm pretty sure that a "true" Lord of the Rings fan would know that Saruman's order wasn't an order of dark wizards, it was the Istari, which included Saruman, Gandalf, Radagast (all of which are in the game) and two more wizards who went far into the east and were pretty much not heard from again. So it's lore accurate.
There are only 9 Nazgul (that you call "Black Riders"), and they didn't spend the War of the Ring fighting in the Ettenmoors. They are also in the game.

No, I'm afraid that you cannot hire an army of mercenary soldiers to do your bidding. However, beginning at level 20 you may summon a single skirmish soldier to accompany you during skirmish play and, for a price, on the landscape.
