Started as cappy, continued as warden. It wasn't necessarry use a macro.
But i am playin as burglar, and I have too much skills, what I need use in combat.
you would be advised not to use any such software.
warden has very few skill but those skills must be used in a particular order to unlock other skills. there is no way to for external software to detect this
burgular on the other hand needs skills to be triggerd at a particualr time and when your toon is either infront of or behind a target, or even when the burg is in stealth or the mob is stunned
none of this can be detected by software externaly any such software which hooks into lotro to allow it to detect sutch events will result in your account being banned
iirc turbine use macro\bot software detection. this is simply because such software allows for toons to be controlled whilst your AFK. if turbine detect you using macro or botting software your account may be banned
the only official word ive heard on this is macro keyboards are ok so long as the player is in controll of the toon at all times

I used to use macros in SOEs SWG. Not too much fun. What's the use of playing? But, I understand the benefit of crafting macros. Anyway, LOTRO is so beautiful, I love playing.
It is very difficult to get a combat macro of any complexity to work correctly. There is no macro support built in the client. Most of the information is only send in visual or audio form. There is no way to react to what is going on.
It is easy to build a macro that simplies a single atomic command like a chat message. Trying to do something like detect the availability of a burglar reactive chain - not possible. It is not possible to do the first skill in the chain, wait for it to finish, do the second skill, wait for it to finish and do the third skill in the chain. Most likely you are going to is something like:
1) Skill 1 - done
2) Skill 2 - Prerequisites not met - skipped
3) Skill 3 - Your character is busy - skipped
Since the timing is variable due to server load and current internet conditions, trying to manually set timers. Probably going to result in either macro abort / failure or slower execution than doing it yourself.
Plus you got the potential of a Game Master arriving due to suspicious behavior to do a automation test. Even if you are at the key board, there is always potential for a real human to screw up. Fail the automation test. Just like non impaired people sometimes fail the coordination sobriety test when pulled over by a police officer. Unlike a the coordination test, you can't say you are Yula clumsy. Can I have a breath or blood test?
Unless stated otherwise, all content in this post is My Personal Opinion.
early on in the video you can see what appears to be several skills firing at once which is not possible, even if you use a macro each skill usualy has a induction timer. from what i can see the skills which appear to be firing are not firing but rather disabling as the condition timer for which those skills will be enabled has expired, the condidtion for those skils have been met or the recharge expiring. this appears imho to be result of the annoying editing...
i cant realy tell much more than that tbh, but it is possible to click skills with the mouse and then trigger the next using the number keys or numkeys+shift, ctrl or alt

2 options:
a, this guy is a #### sapiens octopus isomer
b, he use a macro.
I choose the B.
Btw, as burg the CD, or Disable is a skill what you use almost all as the dc is down.
looks like the player is just sliding their fingers across the keys from left to right, and what ever can activate does, like they are literally key smashing all keys at the same time
