    Edit: I had forgotten about this clip from Final Fantasy VIII. It's when the main character, Squall is all tough and everything and doesn't want to admit that he loves his girl. She gets snatched by the bad guys and when he fights his way to her and rescues her, he lets his machoism down as they embrace. One of the most beautiful scenes in a video game FMV I have ever seen.

    And my all time favorite game, Final Fantasy VII. My favorite part is when Rufus, the President of the evil company Shinra stands and faces his death like a man while his office is bombarded.
