Thread: Explorer Alias swap

I'm sure this has been asked before - but I can't find it using:

explorer/alias/prospect*/forester/macro/swap

...or any combination so...

as a returning player (been about 4 years ><) - how can I create a macro/alias that allows me to swap between detecting wood and ore in a single button?

Any help, or even a link to another thread, or "try searching this" would be appreciated. thanks, sorry to ask the nub question ><.

already Exists you put the 2 skills on your quick bar

You Click the One you want to search for

You Click the other One when you want to search for it

It is a one Button Click

Anyone else - looking for a way to create an alias that causes the 2 abilities to be combined on to one button.

Can't be done without writing a plugin that swaps the two buttons when you click it.

You Only click one at a time....

That = 1 Button Click......

Clicking both puts you right back where you started.....

This is probably the plugin you're looking for. It requires Lua and DragBar as well, so a little
bit of work to set it up.

But looking at the comments on that plugin, the author says it won't work for this, since it was designed for changing equipment.

On second glance, it probably won't do what you originally asked.
But you could use it to equip the appropriate gathering tool and activate the associated skill.
If you were originally just trying to save hotbar slots, that would save you two by getting
the craft tools off your hotbar.

Maybe I can figure out some keyboard or mouse binding. Thanks for everyone's expertise and helpful advice
