I've been a subscriber to this game for almost 4 years and I still really like it. Once I pay for my monthly subscription it tells me I buy a 30-day game cart. Although it expires even after a full month of not being online. I would like to propose the idea of either changing the name to a month or stick to 30 log in days.

Besides this I, and probably many others, would like to see something being said in a clear and non confusing way.
The lotro store almost sucks up everything of the game. From mounts to cosmetic rift sets (R.I.P. Rift instance raid...)
I would like to hear why you make the store such a general thing? It used to be the game, than it become the Middle-Earth with a store, now it is a store with Middle-Earth. Besides that I strongly doubt whether the price for Riders of Rohan is right? $80 for the collectors one? I must say that even after 4 years of happy playing I am pretty disappointed here. Is it that you need the money to keep the servers up or is it just the desire to making profit?

Maybe it is a possibility to fuse certain less populated servers together, although this is just a thought.
I would just like some of these questions clearly explained and get rid of the legendary, almost mythical GMs. Come out of your caves and join us in the beautiful place called Middle-Earth!

I think this is about everything I needed to write down and sorry if I've chosen the wrong topic to place it under!
If you keep the high price for RoR I'm afraid many people, possibly including myself, move to other games like GW2.
I do not want to frighten anyone but the duration it takes to fix Draigoch is just too long.

Thanks a lot in advance and I'm looking forward to a good answer!
