1. Have stream-lined vision. No turning of your screen.
2. At the same time, Don't follow the leader. Lag behind every-so-often to get nommed by wargs/burgs
3. Flip the map blured and be confident 'you showed those f/creeps good! yeah!'
4. Be at OC/EC or a keep

You should learn to play like Garny...then you can be helpful to a group.
I've tried in times past on my burglar, not only do I feel useless in a group on my burg but i feel like an ### if it turns into a bad engage and I #### leaving everyone to die.
I've tried it on my captain and it's not as bad, I just disliked grouping with random...beginners?...yea that's what I'll call them, for example how everyone in the freep open raid wants to dps instead of carrying out important rolls of the class.
Done it on my lm and it's the same as captain...fun in groups but I only group with ppl from kin or friends I know that know their ####.

We are pretty useless in raid engagements...especially pew pew fests where they won't focus your target. The only true use in a raid is to have us scout out the baddies. The only down side is that you miss most of the battles and what you do find alone is worth raid level renown...so basically, it's more an entertainment option, renown take will be worse than when you're solo.

Raids have changed for the worse. Back in the day, everyone had a role designated by the raid leader as in who to protect, who gets the bubble, who gets SI.., "drain the trolls", etc.. this is not a new concept. Pre Moria, when there were 2 raids out on either side, raiding was at it's zenith...we've devolved into what you see today...grouped disorganization.
