Thread: Allow Purchase of PvMP gear at the Skirmish Camps

I'm asking for an NPC called "Ettenmoors" at the Skirmish Camps in higher level areas.

You would buy the gear with Commendations (same as always), But you should have the drop down menu and allows you to select class/gear set, etc (rather than an npc for every class).


Would be cool to get all geared up BEFORE we go off to battle

You can already gear up before going to battle

You don´t have to leave Glain Vraig to purchase the armor

I am not sure if you mean to give access to the armour to free players (Since they are not normally allowed into the Moors) and this would deal a harsh blow to VIP's that already have barely any benefits to paying for the game. It would defeat the purpose of having a separate armour for a separate type of gameplay, and it would convince some people that the PvP armour would need to be used in PvE which its benefits might not fit well.

The current design is that the PvP armor is a VIP benefit. Only Freeps on a VIP account can travel to the Moors and acquire armor pieces. Turbine does what you are asking, Free and Premium players can acquire PvP sets by farming Commendations with their Creeps. Their Freeps would go to a Skirmish Camp and get the gear.

Personally, I do not think this suggestion is a good idea.

Might be good idea to get skirmish version of it, either way if the player is free to play, he still can't use the audacity from it, so it's not kinda ruining anything. :P
