    Error getting the status of the transfer 914

    Hi. I'm a Win7 user and I have been having trouble downloading the game. I followed the advice, which I think was to set my desktop theme to classic and make all desktop items small. Yeah, that doesn't work and I keep getting the error. What is up?

    If you look in your list of installed programs and see something called Pando Media Booster,
    uninstall that and try it again.
