Has anyone completed this quest? I cant find that orc named Gnarlash anywhere inside runes,futhermore this quest doesnt exist in Lotro quest database too. Is it bugged and i should give up on it?
If so he'll be at the bottom of some stairs, in the corner at the far end of the orcs (just before the corridor that leads you into the dourhand dwarf area). If there are other people in the area you may have to wait a bit, the respawn is a little slow.

He's actually very close to the dwarf 'boss' (signature) you need to kill for the 'dwarf interrupted' quest. If you enter from the dourhand side, after you kill their leader, you only need to kill 2 orcs before getting to the orc leader. He's got high morale, but he's all alone.
