Thread: missing lottery winnings?

I won a lottery on 6/6/12 -Winfola server - 58 Warden, Lildawg. Just wondering if anyone could tell me how to or who to get ahold of about not getting my Medallion's of Moria. Lottery was "Lottery of the Depths".

You can't. The lottery is not feature that is guaranteed to work. We have no promise that:

1) We will be able to enter a lottery.

2) The lottery will award any prizes.

3) A winner will receive their prizes.

The lottery is not designed in a way to assure proper operation. It works most of the time. The lottery is another unfinished feature. It is part of the Beta web services. The Beta logo is slapped on the web services to remind us that the web services are not fully operational. Turbine makes no claims that the web services will work properly at the individual, specific group, feature or overall level.

Some items will also autoconsume once you remove them. For example, if you have the upgraded barter wallet, you may have items disappear or appear not to be delivered. Same with certain Steeds.
