Thread: big, big BIG mistake

okay, so when i finished the quest in Moria to get my first legendary weapon as a quest completion gift thing, i went to the guy in Rivendell, he told me to speak to the forge master, i did, then i went back to the first guy, spoke to him....but before i spoke to him a second time i used the runes i got from the beasts/half orcs i killed to my weapon to make it gain some XP...anyway when i spoke to him a second time, he told me to get my weapon to the tenth level...i did, but then i checked my weapon, it said i had to reforge, i spoke with the forge master, and sadly it says i have to gain access to Moria first, now i am stuck, i am a level 52 Elf Gaurdian and i am bloody stuck, i fight these monsters, do the quests to gain XP on my legendary weapon and it still says i have to make it to the tenth level of achievment first...i did. and i still cant reforge my weapon. i tried cancelling the quest so i can restart it, but it wont let me. and now i am, i even leveled up to 52 so i can use my level 52 legendary weapon, but it wont let me access the forge master in both Eregion Mirobel and Rivendell, because i have to gain access to Moria first....can someone help me!!!!!!!

Have you tried going IN to Moria? I believe you have to finish the quests to get into Moria first. You should be able to access the Forge Master right inside Moria when you get in.

Have you submitting a Bug report?

Seems you're stuck on v2b1c12: Forged Anew, as such you won't be able to enter Moria itself until you complete v2b1c13: The Watcher in the Water and get the Seeker of Deep Places Passive Characteristic.

Not the first time I have heard of this. Never ever use runes on your first LI. You have to do it by bashing mobs. I read another thread and when I leveled my burg, I really took care to not use runes in order to avoid this bug (with succes as I am 75 now )

So, as a solution to solve your problem... maybe you should give up the quest and retake it... even if I think it's not even possible. Best things, make a ticket to a GM.

You must reforge at the forge-master in Rivendell or in Thorin's Hall. All the other forge-masters will ignore you until you are able to enter Moria.
