I couldn't find a similar thread, so I decided to start a new one. I'm having problems loggin in with practically any character, either it be freep or creep. Loading time is shorter than usual, but when I log in, my character is frozen on the spot, can't be controlled and nothing seems to work(chat, skill, etc.). After a minute, or two, it leads to an inevitable black screen with a disconnect button. Any help appreciated.

After contacting support, log into your email webpage to add noreply@turbine.com and accountsupport@turbine.com to their "safe senders" list and your contacts list/address book.
Be sure to check Spam/Junk Mail folders as well since most email providers do not let external email programs or cell phones download mail flagged this way.
After trying out several solutions mentioned above, without success, I decided to reinstall the client and now everything works like a charm. Thanks for the help.
