Hi, does mini have any skills that restore power?

Also, what skill rotation does mini used when they want to generate the highest aggro for kiting in Fangorn's Edge?

Yes, It's called Anthem of Composure. It is an anthem so you have to have 3 ballads up before you can use it. It puts a short term very fast power regeneration on you. You don't get an immediate amount of power. Used properly, it can make your power never run out.

As far as aggro goes, I have no idea but I'd try just heals ... that always seems to make monsters mad.

ye anthem of composure with coda is a power restore over time, and a powerful one at that. If you really want top aggro in fangorn 3 man then i suggest running harmony and spamming coda as much as possible

There is also a yellow line trait that attaches a power restore to herald's strike, iirc.

To generate aggro in Fangorn's Edge for kiting purposes, all I usually have to do is heal. I tend to use Piercing Cry and Minor Ballad to peel orcs off others if healing isn't enough. Use an instrument and a weapon that don't have -healing threat on them, too.

Harmony turns the Coda into a AOE+Group heal. This generates considerable aggro on multiple mobs.

The best way I've found to generate Aggro on a Minstrel is to use Triumphant Spirit. It's a huge, fellowship-wide heal that tends to draw the enemies attention. Pop it, pop your bubble and start running. For aggro maintenance, I'd actually suggest turning off your stances and spamming Major Ballad. It will heal a small tick for each use, which will also generate aggro. Keep Soliloquy of Spirit on yourself for more aggro generation. In the meantime, your two fellows should not touch the mobs you're kiting. At all. If they peel aggro off of you, you're not likely to get it back.

Fellowship's Heart at the start of a fight is good for kiting. As long as no-one touches the orcs or competes with your heals for aggro, any sort of healing works.
