Thread: When my sub expires, what time does it expire?

My account is "Pending Cancellation: June 14, 2012".

The Determine Your Discount sale ends June 14th.

When on the 14th does my account change from VIP to Premium? I'd like to use DYD to buy some quest packs.

realisticaly the DyD should end midnight on the 14th
and your account should end roughly exactly 30days to the hour from the time you first purchased your subscription

but S*d's law dictates theyll both end at the same time

So my confirmation e-mail arrived at 8:22 PM on 16-March-2012 EDT. But by 11:15PM on 14-June-2012, I was still VIP, and went to bed.

Some time before 7:45AM 15-June-2012, my VIP dropped. I imagine it happened at midnight, or maybe 3 AM.

But lucky for me, the DYD sale was still on!

I don't think it's midnight "turbine time", but the exact time your VIP status got activated.
For me (GMT+1 time zone) somewhere at afternoon of evening (don't remember anymore) I got a black screen telling me something like "you were excluded from the game", which scared the heck out of me xD

Turned out you just get kicked from the server no matter what and get to choose which character slots you want to keep active. Though they might have changed that since last year, who knows...

Well, as I said, the exact time came and went, and three hours after the time I gave up and went to bed.
