    Character Slots can only be added one at a time?

    I purchased points today online because I wanted to buy some new character slots since they just went on sale. I calculated my points purchases in order to take advantage of the Determine Your Own Discount coupons as well. If I purchased a large number of character slots all at once, I could do so with a certain amount of points.

    Imagine my displeasure then, when discovering you can ONLY put one character slot in per purchase. This both doesn't make sense (since there is a toggle button) and would have caused me to buy a larger points bundle. I'm REALLY upset. There's no getting my money back and no way around putting all the character slots into one purchase to use the big coupon at 2500 points?

    I'm just wondering Turbine, do you care that this seems almost like a bait and switch? I get that you have coupons and have sales, but it's not like that makes any sense whatsoever. Is that working as intended? Why would you do this? I can't get a refund and I can't get the slots I want. I BEG you to look into this. This isn't right. Every time I give this game another chance I end up feeling disappointed. Please take this opportunity to put a smile on my face and make this right. Please!

    I got shafted the same way for Milestone skills. I wanted to buy each of my 8 characters an extra milestone skill then apply the DYD coupon. NOPE! Once you have 1 milestone skill in your cart you will be told, "item is already in your cart."

    I also did not realize that whichever character you use to login first will be the one that gets the Milestone skill whether you like it or not.

    I love the coupon. I took full advantage out of it, but I would have picked up an extra character and 7 more milestones if the coupon wasn't so restrictive.

    I wanted to do the same, but, as you said, you can only buy one at a time... Why? I don't understand why, this is a account wide feature, and you can have up to 15 slots, so I don't see any reason to be restricted like this.

    BTW, is there any way to open a ticket about this?

    Ditto. Here I am about to get ready to go get a predpaid credit card to buy TP from the webstore for a better deal on points (as opposed to cards). I went in game to add up how many points the Warden/RK + 3 or 4 character slots would be after the coupon. Sadly I can't set it to buy more slots even though there's that slider that only has a 1 on it. *facepalm* I can't even type a new number there, so what's it for?

    I've been waiting for a couple months for these go on sale again, so yay, but the coupon isn't quite as good as it should be if this working correctly.

    The only reason I can see them restricting this is to make more money. There's no reason to have character slots done one at a time! Please Turbine - correct this. Please. I'm trying to ask rather than demand it like I see people do all the time. Please don't let us down. This isn't right! Please fix it so I can get them all in one cart before this sale ends! It is what is good and right and with all the negative feedback I've seen, you'd make some of us truly happy and show you are not just out for our cash without caring how you get it! PLEASE!

    And while we are at it, make sure those that already spent 3000+ TP with this coupon are able to enjoy the same discount. I wanted more characters and more milestones but was unable to because of the restriction.

    I bought points SPECIFICALLY for the purpose of using them on character slots with the extra coupon. It doesn't make sense that only one slot can be opened at a time. There's no reason. This seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to make an inquiry about. Turbine, please answer us! Are we not being polite enough? Are we being too polite?

    I was just online trying to work out how many points I wanted to try and get before the next determine your discount so that I could get enough character slots to have one of each class as well as securing the 6th bag once it is out etc and so of course ran into the same problem. Did anyone submit a ticket or message anyone about this, and if so was there any response?
