One thing that I think we need an answer to is how the legacy scrolls we get from deconstructing a LI can be used when the level cap is raised to 85 with RoR. As for now, deconstructing a LI at level 75 gives a legacy scroll for use on a LI up to level 80.
Does this mean we can sell/throw away legacy scrolls in our vaults if we have no intention to use them on a new LI at a level of max 80?
Or will the max level for these scrolls (currently max level 80) be changed to max level 85?
Knowing this will make it easier to decide if getting/saving legacy scrolls is good or not.
The Greater Scroll of Delving and Greater Scroll of Empowerment can both be used on LI's up to level 85, so they are still valid.

Like the scrolls we got prior to RoI, which had a level max of 70, that is the hard limit. In RoI, when destructed the L66+ items at L30+, it returned a scroll useable to L75. When you destructed a L75 item, it returned a max level L80 scroll. As you level in RoR, you will acquire weapons at L76+. So, you put what you want from your L80 scrolls on trash L76+ TA items, and when destructed at L30+ you will get a L85-L90 scroll, which can be banked for later.
