Just returned - casual player looking for a kinship
Hello everyone
I just recently returned to LOTRO... I started playing at launch, then took some looong breaks, did play in between though, and now just returned, and fell back in love with the game.
I am now looking for a social kinship that would accept a casual player. I am not asking for freebies, boosts, etc. What I would like to find is a friendly kinship with people I can get to know and play with. In another game I played, I eventually found one and became friends with many of the members, and we often did stuff together, leveling alts together, raiding, etc.
None of these things are totally essential, but what I do miss is companionship, people to play with, an actual kinship, not just being in a kinship to get some free stuff or anything.
I am always willing to team up with kin-members, I love to help out if I can (I still have a lot to learn about the game though, especially when it comes to all the changes in the last few expansions), and I would love to join a drama-free, relaxed and friendly kin.
Due to my work, I often am away for 3-4 days in a row, or even longer when there is an extra load of work assignments, but the game-time I have, I invest into Lotro. =)
So anyway, thank you for taking the time to read this, and if you can think of any kinship that I might fit into, please reply.
Thanks!
Crav

Hello there and welcome back to Lotro!
After reading your post i think you would fit in pretty good with the Knights of Eriador. A laid back rank 10 medium rp kin. Check it out! http://knightsoferiador.shivtr.com/
If you have any questions just pm me (Farathan) or the leader Arangilas in game.

If you are still looking then you may find sanctuary with Sanctuary. Casual, light RP, with a large group of friends that has been growing since before the game was in beta and with a consistent core of addicts complemented by many travellers that regularly come and go but never leave. Sounds a bit like Hotel California. I may have to look into that analogy a little more. We're a mature bunch, watched over by a kin-mum, with a few young nippers to keep things lively.
Anyway, good look finding sanctuary wherever your travels may take you.
Oh and if you do head our way watch out for the dwarves and hobbits as they can get a little rowdy at times.
