Rules :

- Must be a burglar.
- Must be playing on Riddermark.
- Must be under 1.500 rating when you join.

- Must not farm your own creeps or pay people for free farming.

Entry fee : 2G (The winner wins all the money, no 2nd place and 3rd place ####)

The contest begins on 10/6/12 at 0:00am US eastern timezone.

But without him around, my money would be on Giggle, should he choose to participate.

Unfortunately, I see no real way to regulate what goes on and prevent people from using less than honourable tactics to attain the goal. Guess people just have to keep an eye out.

Just kidding...it was a bit fun to reach a 2.000 rating on my dog, but it's much more fun to suicide run into a pack of freeps and hope to Sauron that Ang and Durtz can keep me alive as long as possible to CC every freep I can. Have fun with that guys. In any case, no need for gold, we will be spam tracking and hunting you for free

Sorry Doc, but my money is on the fact Giggle finishes dead last place. You said it yourself, he is a beast of a burg. Kick azz burgs never get near 2000 rating. Alsander died quite often, as does Giggle Just the slimey, lazy, star hugging, turn in my dailies to keep it alive, burgs get that. He wont pass up a fight. I know if he sees me, hes gonna attack me. Like a drug. In fact, Ill be ungrouped on my.....defiler, all week. See if he can resist the honey pot laying out waiting for him. My money is he cant....he will fight, and take the chance of losing that star

I suck at my burg but maybe ill give it a go. Im already an ezmoder right?

Like I said, Alsander did it.

If Giggle truly wants it, he will pull it off. He's one burg who can kill anything, so he already has that going for him. Combine that with actually using HIPS once in awhile if things turn zergy, he'll be fine. Lucky for him, I'm too busy with my Captain to play Doc, so he won't have to worry about trying to gank me in a crowd ending up dead repeatedly like that time on STAB.

Edit: Shouldn't the burgs be forced to start at a certain rating (rather than just under 1.5?) before the this competition?

Good point, everyone should start on level ground. And wartab/signature posting for proof! Also, so we can make fun of the real ezmoders.

What are the rules? Is there a time limit? Are they allowed to group up? Can they group with a mini, RK, Guard etc to get bubbles and shield walls? Or could they join a raid and stay stealthed while their mates do all the killing? How is that worthy of reward? What if a burg hating spider forms a raid with the sole purpose of zerging every burg he sees until their ratings are so low they'll never see 1300 let alone 2000?

Bonnie, thanks for believing in me but please don't put any money on it lol! I feel like I have a high rating right now and it's only at 1550ish :P haha! Starhugging is just so boring for me. But I did agree to this competition, so I will try my best.

Karine, I think it was poor planning to stick this in the forums. Now everyone will know and be after us. I remember when Germs was going for his 2K rating and word got out. As soon as he popped up everyone tried to get him lol! I need to ask him for some advice probably. :P

It's not that hard. Especially if someone who is as fail as me can do it. But to be honest, I have "out of group" healers to thank for those starz. Blackmass especially. Maybe Xey will see you low on morale and throw you a heal?

Edit: I suspect Couillon will have a drawing or two when this contest is over.
