Am I looking in the wrong place? In the past they've been on this page.
Preordered about nine hours ago now, still no email from Turbine or DigitalRiver, just confirmation from Click&Buy that the purchase went through (and indeed, already been charged to my account).
Where am I supposed to be looking for actual upgrade codes?

If the Product Key is not displayed to you immediately after the order is submitted, it means your payment is still pending. Once the order is finalized, you will receive an email with your Product Key.
If after 24 hours, you still have not received your Product key, please contact Account Support via the information in my signature, and they will be happy to take a further look.
