Anyone else having the same problem? I decided to buy the 5000tp that was on offer with RoR and have not received it. Was told by someone in game that I should have received a separate code to get the tp but I have not had it. Have emailed support and even digital river but no reply from anyone so far appart from turbine telling me to wait 15 mins (that was after 2 hours of waiting)
Now been over 4 hours and still not received the tp.

I bough the same extra 5000 tp. I received a unlock code. in the email is says you have to log into the store in game and hit claim TP and punch in that code! Hope this help!

I received a email from paypay confirming the payment. And a email from turbine that confirmed my subscription upgrade.
The only thing I got was a browser window with my code on frim digital river but no email from them at all.
I went in about half an hour later and bought the pre-order for the other half as well and I received a email with his code im but still not one for mine.
I never received a email with the code for the expansion.

Have you checked your spam filter yet? They seem to fall into the spam filter sometimes.

Yes, I checked spam and it was not in there, and I got the email with my other halfs codes in, just not mine.
The emails I have received
Paypal - confirming my payment to digital river
Turbine - confirming my subscription upgrade
then for the other half
Paypal - confirming payment to digital river
Turbine -Order confirmation (with his code)
he received the subscription upgrade email on his email account
So it seems I have the Order confirmation email missing for my purchase, and since both were ordered on my email and paypal it can't be filters.
Then if you haven't found that email in your spam folder, you should submit a ticket to our account support team at http://support.turbine.com. Explain the situation, explain that you did not get an email, and they will be happy to discuss this issue with you and assist you. We don't want you missing out on something that you purchased at all!

I did, got a reply telling me to wait 15 minutes after purchasing (this was about an hour and a half after), which I have responded too, and they have not answered yet. It's very frustrating waiting hours on end for an answer, just wondered if I was just unlucky or if it was a common problem and that's why my ticket wasn't being answered.

The RoR code goes into your account at myaccount.turbine.com, and the code for the TP has to be added in-game in the LoTRo store under "add points." I got my email about 5 minutes after I ordered, so hopefully you get yours.
Is there a way to log back into Digital River, with your order number, and re-send a confirmation email?

thats the one I didn't get, and I ordered almost 6 hours ago, I got a browser window open which had the code for the pre-order but have never received a email with it on.
So what was the website secret? I've been waiting nine hours now for upgrade codes and tried multiple times on that website and not gotten any info on my purchase. No email here from Turbine or Digital River, just confirmation from ClickAndBuy that my purchase went through.
