Problem with Character Creation.
I have just made a "Free" LOTRO account and I can't seem to make a (first) character? The background screen is black and there is not option to "Continue". Therefore, I simply can't make a character...
Please help asap,

Perhaps you'll need a better computer that can support the graphics

Maybe it has something to do with Direct X. Are you using version 10 or 11? I've heard the newest version doesn't work....

Actually directx 11 works fine. It's what i have and never had any problem with it.

switch to directx9 and try again
